Training is focused on professional soft skills as well as math skills that will be utilized in the role of Revenue Examiner. Topics included but not limited to are customer service, effective communication, conflict management, and math skills taught specifically in preparation for the skills tests required before an interview with the State of Minnesota. The National Federation Foundation RISE UP Certification is administered during the class. RISE UP is a training and credentialing program that provides foundational employability skills to help people land jobs and get promoted in retail stores and beyond.
