Students are expected to complete and provide documentation of the following enrollment requirements prior to beginning the first respiratory course: A) Students will be required to obtain clearance on criminal and adult/child abuse screening. B) Students will be required to submit (at their own expense) a completed physical examination form and immunizations. C) Current certification in CPR-Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers**. D) Current certification in Mandatory Reporter-Adult \u0026 Child Abuse**. E) Signed Confidentiality Agreement. F) Proof of health insurance. **Certifications may be obtained at Southeastern Community College. Students should work with an Enrollment Specialist for the appropriate courses and dates to obtain these certifications. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of \"C\" (2.0) or higher within the last 5 years. All health career programs require students to earn a grade of \"C\" (2.0) or above in all coursework within the program.
