Students will be equipped with skills as it relates to customer service, knowledge of good work ethics. Additionally students assigned to a job coach for one-on-one assistance in direct employment placement. Participants can expect to gain employment in the fields of data entry, word processors/typist, and general office clerk positions. The prerequisite to enter our program is successful completion of our free personal enhancement program, it is a 36-hr instructor led course. 85% or higher passing grade on the enrichment program assessment exam is required.
