In order to enroll in this program the student must be enrolled in the ABC 3-year apprenticeship program that consists of a minimum of 432 hours of related classroom training and 6000 hours of on-the-job learning (a minimum of 144 classroom hours per year and 2000 hours of OJL per year). This program is offered only at designated ABC Training sites throughout the State of Indiana.As part of Governor Holcomb's Next Level Jobs initiative, the Workforce Ready Grant program provides free training for working-age Hoosiers in the state's highest demand jobs.
