This RBT training course includes Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and provides you with the required 40-hour training needed prior to scheduling an Initial Competency Assessment with your supervisor. Within the course you have access to a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide feedback on in-course assignments designed to specifically prepare you for the 40-hour training requirement for the RBT certification through Behavioral Analyst Certification Board (BACB). With the support of a BCBA instructor, you will learn the steps required to administer behavioral intervention plans, record and prepare data for the behavior analyst, and follow ethical decision-making and protocol, as described by the board. You will learn the common functions of behavior, how to use motivators and reinforcers, conduct preference assessments, protocols for crisis prevention, and reduce or increase target behaviors by following a behavior intervention plan. What students will learn: -Summarizing the role and the responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). -Measuring operationally defined behaviors through data collection and graphical representation. -Determining a learner's current motivations and reinforcers. -Determining appropriate behavior analytic interventions based on observations and documentation. -Choosing ethical behavior that upholds the rights and dignity of learners."},"ceterms:estimatedCost":[{"@type":"ceterms:CostProfile","ceterms:name":{"en-US":"Cost Profile"},"ceterms:price":1153.0,"ceterms:currency":"USD","ceterms:costDetails":"https://www.dhrhealth.com/education/health-sciences-institute-at-renaissance","ceterms:description":{"en-US":"The cost for this program includes the following"},"ceterms:directCostType":{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://credreg.net/ctdl/terms/CostType","ceterms:targetNode":"costType:Tuition","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Cost Type"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Tuition"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Cost for teaching and instruction."}}},{"@type":"ceterms:CostProfile","ceterms:name":{"en-US":"Cost Profile"},"ceterms:price":0.0,"ceterms:currency":"USD","ceterms:costDetails":"https://www.dhrhealth.com/education/health-sciences-institute-at-renaissance","ceterms:description":{"en-US":"The cost for this program includes the following"},"ceterms:directCostType":{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://credreg.net/ctdl/terms/CostType","ceterms:targetNode":"costType:LearningResource","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Cost Type"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Learning Resource"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Cost for one or more learning resources."}}},{"@type":"ceterms:CostProfile","ceterms:name":{"en-US":"Cost Profile"},"ceterms:price":0.0,"ceterms:currency":"USD","ceterms:costDetails":"https://www.dhrhealth.com/education/health-sciences-institute-at-renaissance","ceterms:description":{"en-US":"The cost for this program includes the following"},"ceterms:directCostType":{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://credreg.net/ctdl/terms/CostType","ceterms:targetNode":"costType:OptionalCharges","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Cost Type"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Optional Charges"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Cost for additional fees, other services, equipment, or facilities that are not required."}}}],"ceterms:occupationType":[{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://www.onetcenter.org/taxonomy.html","ceterms:targetNode":"https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/29-2053.00","ceterms:codedNotation":"29-2053.00","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Standard Occupational Classification"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Psychiatric Technicians"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Care for individuals with mental or emotional conditions or disabilities, following the instructions of physicians or other health practitioners.
