This course provides theory and application of conventional and strut-type suspension systems and modern braking systems. The student is introduced to conventional and rack and pinion types of steering systems, applies two-wheel and four-wheel alignment procedures, applies tire and wheel balance procedures. The second part of this course is a study of brakes and brake control systems, including brake system hydraulics and hardware.
