Applicants must have a valid Washington State driver license. Military DD-214 (if applicable). The applicant must provide a negative 9-panel Non-DOT drug test (at applicants' expense) administered through Construction Data Services. The test shall be taken within 30 days prior to the applicant's interview. A drug testing chain-of-custody form along with a list of collection will be provided to the applicant at the time of application. Exceptions may be made by the Apprenticeship Committee to the above qualifications if admission as an apprentice will benefit the applicant and the industry.
