The school will pay the one time fee for the New Jersey licensing examination for each authority and the 75 hour real estate salesperson course. After passing the school test, 70% or higher,  a certificate will be given allowing the student to take the state test with PSI. The school will pay for the Insurance and Real Estate Licenses, processing and finger print fees. The continuing education of 24 hours required to renew the INSURANCE license for the first license and 12 continuing education hours to renew the REAL ESTATE license for the first license.
