The IU Indianapolis Graduate Office only allows the transfer of 12 credit hours from the certificate to the MA. Therefore, if you are in the certificate and decide that you want the MA as well, you should apply to the MA in TESOL Program at the same time or before you've reached the 12 credit-hour limit.
