The program consists of nine online learning modules created by Clarkson University and our partners arounds New York State, as well as 50+ hours of virtual \"masterminds\" programming.\n\nThe online learning modules include: startup fundamentals; customer discovery; business plan basics; accounting \u0026 taxes; marketing, branding, \u0026 sales; and finance \u0026 raising capital.  In addition to these modules, which are required to earn the microcredential, the program offers two optional modules; intellectual property and MWBE/SVDOB Certification.   \n\nBeyond completing the online learning modules as outlined above, participants must participate in a virtual masterminds cohort in order to earn the microcredential.  This unique and highly impactful program provides entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to connect behind-the-scenes with colleagues that are facing similar challenges in launching or running their own businesses.
