Additionally, this class includes five-week of training to Electrocardiology Technician (EKG) and Pulmonary Function Testing Technician (PFT). The student will receive training to administer Electrocardiograms on all ages as will as the ability to interpret the results. Each student will be able to recognize normal and abnormal rhythms strips. These reading assist the physician to diagnose irregularities or changes in a patient.
