Topics include but are not limited to conflict resolution, customer service, effective communication, critical thinking, data entry, stress management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The National Retail Federation Foundation RISE UP Certification is administered during the class. Students will spend two days on-site at the Department of Revenue practicing the data-entry assessment before officially taking it to gain an interview.
