Students will gain a deeper understanding of the patient, family and community in relation to the self through construction and deconstruction of narrative. Students will also recognize, resolve, and reflect on challenging issues and problems that arise in clinical settings. To create a community of educators and practitioners, our mission is to provide educational and experiential opportunities in ethics and humanities. These will deepen medical knowledge and skills while enhancing patient care.
