A certificate of completion will be awarded.\r\nPhlebotomy,the 80-hour program incorporates theoretical, clinical and interpersonal skills to provide the basis for the program graduate to wor competently as an entry-level phlebotomist in a variety of healthcare delivery systems. The course will cover phlebotomy basics, specimen collection, specimen handling, and the student will be tested on the necess competencies required by the National Health Career Association examination from NHA 6 Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT).\r\nEKG Technician,the 50-hour training program will prepare the student to set up and administer electrocardiograms and stress tests, prepare patients for Holter or ambulatory monitoring , edit and deliver final test results to physicians for analysis and transcribe physician interpretations. The course will cover topics essential to prepare the student on necessary competencies required by the National Health Career Association (NHA).
