There is no minimum time requirement to complete the required core education courses and pass the examinations. \n\nTo achieve Certification as a Class 4 Appraisers(RPA) or Class 4 Assessor (RTA) a person must be registered a minimum of 3 years. Candidates for Class 3 Collectors (RTC) must be registered a minimum of 2 years.
