The applicant must complete a NON-D.O.T. drug test (at applicant's expense) at Skagit Valley Medical Center - Occupational Medicine, 1400 E Kincaid Street, Mount Vernon, WA, with negative results. The test shall be taken within 30 days prior to the applicant's interview. Exceptions may be made by the Apprenticeship Committee to the qualifications if admission as an apprentice will benefit the applicant and the industry.
