Training focuses on all aspects of the industry including, but not limited to, planning, management, technical and production skills, underlying principles of technology, labor and community issues, and health and safety and environmental issues.          This registered apprenticeship program is a sequence of five years (10,000 hours) of training and requires the apprentice to be employed by a participating employer/sponsor and enrolled in a formal program registered and approved by the US Department of Labor and the Florida Department of Education.
