Through BUSN664, students will delve into the concepts of practical applications creating the scope and the schedule, as well as create a project management plan that will include the scope statement, Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS), activity definition, resource allocation, activity duration estimation, schedule creation, and critical path identification. In BUSN665, the student will learn about project risks, their effect on other project constraints and how to manage them, as well as the quality requirements and processes for a project.
