As technologies continue to advance in support of the health care related fields, there is an overwhelming need for individuals with a hybrid skill set of information technology and health care. The Health Information and Informatics Management program will meet this growing need by leading to careers as health information technicians, coder, health information clerk, health information specialist, medical records analyst, medical records coordinator or medical records director in the health care industry.
