The course content should also include training in communication, leadership, human relations and employability skills; and safe, efficient work practices. This program focuses on broad, transferable skills and stresses understanding and demonstration of the following elements of the  Automotive industry: planning, management, finance, technical and product skills, underlying principles of technology, labor issues, community issues, and health, safety and environmental issues. George Stone  Technical College is a Certified National  Automotive  Training Education Foundation (NATEF) Center and utilizes the I-CAR Professional Development Program - Education Edition Curriculum Package, the industry standard for collision repair training.
