The EXAM FEE MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY TO: SHRM Certification Commission at the time the candidate submits the application to test. NIU CANNOT accept exam fees on behalf of the student. A separate payment must be made to the 3rd party. Exam fee is $400 standard; $300/SHRM Member. A $75 late fee applies to registrations after the designated regular registration deadline.
