This coursework will satisfy the lower division Law, Public Policy and Society requirements at some of the CSU campuses.\n\nPlease see the college Catalog for the most up-to-date description."},"ceterms:accreditedBy":["_:a187921b-0834-47df-81da-a1a5c5ca82c5"],"ceterms:dateEffective":"2019-02-01","ceterms:occupationType":[{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://www.bls.gov/soc/","ceterms:targetNode":"https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/13-1041.00","ceterms:codedNotation":"13-1041.00","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Standard Occupational Classification"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Compliance Officers"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Examine, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for or conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance of licenses and permits, and perform other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities not classified elsewhere."}},{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://www.bls.gov/soc/","ceterms:targetNode":"https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/13-1041.01","ceterms:codedNotation":"13-1041.01","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Standard Occupational Classification"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Environmental Compliance Inspectors"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Inspect and investigate sources of pollution to protect the public and environment and ensure conformance with Federal, State, and local regulations and ordinances."}},{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://www.bls.gov/soc/","ceterms:targetNode":"https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/13-1041.02","ceterms:codedNotation":"13-1041.02","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Standard Occupational Classification"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Licensing Examiners and Inspectors"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Examine, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for, conformity with, or liability under licenses or permits."}},{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://www.bls.gov/soc/","ceterms:targetNode":"https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/13-1041.03","ceterms:codedNotation":"13-1041.03","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Standard Occupational Classification"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Equal Opportunity Representatives and Officers"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Monitor and evaluate compliance with equal opportunity laws, guidelines, and policies to ensure that employment practices and contracting arrangements give equal opportunity without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability."}},{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://www.bls.gov/soc/","ceterms:targetNode":"https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/13-1041.04","ceterms:codedNotation":"13-1041.04","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Standard Occupational Classification"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Government Property Inspectors and Investigators"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Investigate or inspect government property to ensure compliance with contract agreements and government regulations."}},{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://www.bls.gov/soc/","ceterms:targetNode":"https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/13-1041.06","ceterms:codedNotation":"13-1041.06","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Standard Occupational Classification"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Coroners"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Direct activities such as autopsies, pathological and toxicological analyses, and inquests relating to the investigation of deaths occurring within a legal jurisdiction to determine cause of death or to fix responsibility for accidental, violent, or unexplained deaths."}},{"@type":"ceterms:CredentialAlignmentObject","ceterms:framework":"https://www.bls.gov/soc/","ceterms:targetNode":"https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/13-1041.07","ceterms:codedNotation":"13-1041.07","ceterms:frameworkName":{"en-US":"Standard Occupational Classification"},"ceterms:targetNodeName":{"en-US":"Regulatory Affairs Specialists"},"ceterms:targetNodeDescription":{"en-US":"Coordinate and document internal regulatory processes, such as internal audits, inspections, license renewals, or registrations.
