It covers six areas: training design and innovation; facilitation strategies and training content development; the psychology of influence and skills development; digital competence and artificial intelligence; quality assurance and professional identity; and international standards and frameworks. Learners use Align AI by BS to produce a programme alignment document mapped to eight published frameworks (O*NET, ESCO, ISCO-08, P21, EntreComp, Bloom's Taxonomy, the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the ISO 10015 guidelines). The programme comprises 40 training hours, delivered either fully online or fully in person. A Certificate of Participation is awarded after the learner completes a final project and passes a knowledge assessment. It does not certify competence to deliver training; that is recognised separately through BS International Trainer Accreditation, which requires delivering training sessions. Each certificate carries a unique number that can be checked publicly at bstraining.uk.
