This program of study is designed to prepare students to work successfully as a member of an information technology department. Upon completion of the required courses, the students can apply for Cloud Computing-Amazon Web Services Certificate of Achievement. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to demonstrate the following Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs): 1) An understanding of the basic cloud principles 2) An understanding of the AWS global infrastructure 3) An understanding of computing technologies supported by AWS 4) An understanding of database services and features offered by AWS 5) An understanding of network technologies offered by AWS 6) An understanding of security features and tools that AWS provides and how they relate to traditional services To complete the Cloud Computing-Amazon Web Services Certificate of Achievement, students must complete all of the program course requirements.
