This degree follows the U.S. Fire Administrations Fire and Emergency Services Higher Education(FESHE) standardized model for two-year degrees. By completing this degree students are prepared to progress in their careers or continue their education at a four-year institution. Ultimately, students in this program will be able to use the knowledge gained to make their organizations and communities safer place. Note: Initial firefighter training may be applied to the elective portion of this award.
