These options provide students with flexible schedules so they can continue their education while employed.\n \nThe RN to BSN Completion Program curriculum is guided by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Essentials of Baccalaureate Education for Professional Nursing Practice and the Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) Competencies. The Program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).\n\nRegistered Nurses have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of nursing practice to enhance bedside nursing practice, improve leadership skills, and/or prepare for continuing education at the graduate level.\n \n\nRegistered Nurses who have completed an Associate Degree or diploma from a program that is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN, formerly NLNAC) may apply for admission to the RN to BSN program.  \n\nApplicants must possess a Registered Nurse license prior to beginning any clinical nursing courses.  With a limited number of positions available, applicants are encouraged to pay attention to posted application deadlines.  Students enrolled in the RN to BSN Program have the option of taking courses full time or part time, but the Program must be completed within 5 years of the first nursing course.
