This program includes management training, classroom discussion, practical hands-on beef lab work, and an on-the-job internship experience. In addition to beef production classes, students participate in required course work which includes: farm business management, agronomy, disease management, animal reproduction, reproductive techniques, agricultural markets, and animal diagnostics.
