Over a 4-week period, the applicant completes eLearning, the simulation, and engages in web conferencing to maximize learning in this intensive course.\n\nThis certification is appropriate for, but not limited to, a Managing Director, Asset Manager, General Manager, Vice President or Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, Operations Department Head, Sales Manager, Convention Services Manager, Account Executive, Director of Revenue Management, or Revenue Manager.\nThe online training is divided into four one-week modules:\nModule 1: Targeting Business Priorities - Using financial statements to determine action\nModule 2: Managing Business Priorities - Using lodging metrics that matter\nModule 3: Leading Business Priorities - Communicating for Results\nModule 4: Partnering in Owner Priorities - Partnering in Ownership goals\n\nToday HSMAI carries on this training and certification in partnership with the Russell Partnership.  The certification is available to groups of 7 or more.
