BFA students benefit from close observation and continual feedback from our faculty and are encouraged to find their own path through exploration as they develop their skills.\n\nAll students must complete the W.A.S.H. (Workshop in Art Studio and History) upon entering the Art Program and pass a BFA portfolio review in their sophomore year in order to continue in the BFA program.\n\nStudents in the Photography BFA program take courses that teach skills in darkroom photography, alternative practices, and digital media. Students learn professional lighting techniques in a professionally equipped studio.
