The nursing courses are designed in a cohort model of novice to expert where students complete all semester courses successfully before moving on to the next semester. Students complete additional general education courses during the 3 years, or 6 semesters, of the nursing program. Each semester of the nursing program includes hands-on clinical experience with actual patient care in a variety of settings.
