Particular attention is paid to the impact on intellectual property, privacy, and the regulation of AI.\n\nCL826: Cybersecurity Law\nCybersecurity law is a complex area of practice that is likely to expand and evolve. This course will provide insights into data security law, data breach notification laws, privacy law as it applies to cybersecurity, antihacking law, and government surveillance law. Laws discussed will include HIPAA, HITECH, FERPA, and GLBA.
