Climb Hire prepares diverse, high-potential talent earning below a livable wage to break into \"new collar\" jobs in the Salesforce ecosystem. We teach both technical and soft skills for an upwardly mobile career. Most participants (Climbers) are between the ages 22-33 and the majority do not hold degrees from four-year colleges. Nearly 50% of Cohort 2 secured jobs that doubled or tripled their income within three months of graduation, and we are on track to reach 80% placement by January. Climbers are being picked up by blue-chip companies including Fastly, TPG, Better.com, Nike, PolSource, BetterUp, Compass, Nike, Gusto, and more.    Applications for Climb Hire's fourth cohort will open in mid-January and the program will run from June - December 2021.  The program meets online twice a week for six hours and is held entirely online. Most Climbers spend between 10-20 hours each week outside of class completing assignments and actively engaging with the community.
