To be eligible for the program, students must have a current RN license from the State of Florida or a Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) and an Associate in Science Degree-Registered Nurse from a college accredited by an agency approved by the U.S. Department of Education. All transcripts will be reviewed before final admission by the Office of the Registrar. The curriculum incorporates critical thinking and evidence-based scholarship to prepare baccalaureate nurses for system leadership with quality and safety as priorities. For effective intra-professional collaboration and communication, students will explore healthcare policies, regulatory agencies, and financial responsibilities of the baccalaureate nurse.
