BIO 106 Basic Anatomy and Physiology*     *BIO 201 (Anatomy and Physiology 1) and BIO 202 (Anatomy and Physiology 2) may be substituted for BIO 106.    Documentation of MMR, TDAP, and Varicella vaccination.   Flu vaccination, and Hepatitis B vaccination/declination.
