Skill development and practical applications are stressed during the entire study program. Graduates may be qualified to work as a computer numerical control machinist or a general machinist, or in positions related to quality control of machined products.  This is a 48 quarter-credit hour program over a 40-week period.  All students must complete the program with a minimum of 48 quarter-credit hours.
