Graduates will potentially serve the communities in the eastern part of Connecticut and beyond. Additionally, the program is tailored to meet the needs of today's nursing workforce, including a focus on equity, access, diversity, and health disparities in the healthcare sector. The program will seek accreditation by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and approval by the Connecticut State Board of Nurse Examiners.
