Applicants who have taken and passed an Algebra course in high school or college with a \u0026quot;B\u0026quot; or 3.0 grade or better, within the last 12 months prior to application, may present transcripts in lieu of testing. The applicant must complete a 5 or 10 panel NON-D.O.T. drug test (at applicant's expense) with negative results. The test results must be within 15 days of application submission and must be submitted with the completed application.
