Participants have the opportunity to earn an industry-recognized credential from the National Retail Federation in customer-service and sales as part of the training and are guaranteed a minimum of three interviews with financial institutions actively hiring by the end of training.    Additionally, participants can take Prior Learning Assessments and receive up to 9 hours of credit with Community College of Aurora (CCA).
