Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. 4. Must register with Edmonds Community College and declare enrollment in the Occupational Safety and Health Program, AAS-T degree, prior to submitting an apprenticeship application. All applicants shall submit to the Certified Safety Specialist Apprenticeship Program copies of the following documents in order for their application to be considered completed: a. Document showing proof of age (such as copy of birth certificate or passport). b. Copy of valid State Driver License and proof of auto insurance. c. Resume including work history. d.
