This 11-week, full-time, non-credit course prepares students to enter employment in manufacturing and warehouse settings. Coursework includes Workplace Success, Computer Basics, Manufacturing Basics, Blueprint Reading, Financial Literacy, Applied Math, and Soldering. Field trips to manufacturing plants and guest speakers which include local employers initiate networking relationships and may assist students in determining what area they will want to work. In addition, students will have the opportunity to receive certificates in: OSHA 10, Flagging, First Aid, and Fork Lift Driving.
